Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

For US residents: how we handle consumer health data, and your rights over it.

This policy applies to “consumer health data” as defined by the Washington My Health My Data Act and similar US state laws, and supplements our main Privacy Policy.

1. Categories of consumer health data we collect

The type of medical procedure you had and a short description of what happened to you, together with your contact details, which you provide through our forms.

2. How we collect it

Directly from you, when you choose to submit our intake form.

3. Why we collect it

To connect you with independent law firms in Turkey that handle medical malpractice matters, with your consent.

4. Who we share or sell it to

We share and sell this data only to independent law firms located in Turkey, and only after you give us specific authorization to do so. We do not share it with any other third parties for their own purposes. Categories of recipients: law firms providing legal services.

5. Your rights

You have the right to: confirm whether we collect, share, or sell your consumer health data; access it; withdraw your consent; and have it deleted. To exercise these rights, email privacy@medicalmalpracticeturkey.com. We will respond as required by law. You may appeal a denied request by replying to our response, and may contact the Wyoming, United States Attorney General.

6. No discrimination

We will not deny you services or charge you differently for exercising these rights.
