The firms are not our employees, partners, or agents, and we do not control them. We do not select the “best” firm for you, supervise their work, or guarantee their quality, licensing status, results, fees, or conduct. Any agreement you reach is solely between you and the firm. We are not responsible for the legal services they provide or fail to provide.

We do not guarantee that any firm will contact you, accept your matter, or achieve any particular outcome, or that you have a valid legal claim. Time limits (statutes of limitation) may apply to legal claims — act promptly and seek your own advice.

You agree the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Do not submit information about other people without their permission.

The Site’s content is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied without permission.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, lufi LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your dealings with any law firm. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed USD 100 (or, if greater, the amount you paid us, which is typically nothing).

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and, for US residents, our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms and will post the new date above. Continued use means acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you keep any protections granted by the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
